Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by logging in and visiting your profile settings.
Sign in to delete your account directly, or contact us if you can no longer access your account.
Can't sign in?
If you're unable to sign in, send an email to help@fretscape.com with the email address associated with your account. We'll process your deletion request within 48 hours.
What Happens to Your Data
Deleted immediately
- Account credentials and authentication data
- Display name and email address
- Chord preferences and saved settings
- Saved progressions and favourites
- Billing metadata
Retained
- Anonymous analytics data already collected (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) - this data cannot be retroactively linked back to your account
Billing records
- Stripe, Google Play, and Apple manage purchase records independently - you can contact them directly for your billing history. We may also retain anonymised transaction records as required by tax and financial regulations.
