Sign in on the web with the same Fretscape account you used on Android, then refresh the page. Pro usually shows up within ten seconds, with a minute being the longest you should need to wait.

Walk through these in order

1. Same account on both

Open the user menu in the Android app and note the email shown. Then open the user menu on the web (fretscape.com) and check it matches.

If they don't match, sign out on the web and sign back in with the same account you used on Android.

2. Refresh the web page

If you're already signed in on the web with the right account, hit refresh (F5, or pull-to-refresh on mobile browsers). The web tab caches your tier until the next load.

3. Wait a moment

Pro usually shows up on the web within seconds of the Android purchase finishing. If the web still shows Free right after your refresh, give it a minute and refresh once more.

Still showing Free after all of that

Email help@fretscape.com and include:

  • The email on your Fretscape account
  • Your Google Play order ID (find it in your Google Play order history)
  • Roughly when you paid
  • That you're seeing Free on the web specifically

We'll look into it from our end and either switch your account to Pro or tell you what's needed.

Possible explanation: different accounts

If you paid through Google Play but the Google account on your phone isn't the one you signed into Fretscape with, the purchase went through your Google account but Fretscape didn't know about it. That's a wrong-account situation rather than a sync delay — see I bought Pro before signing in, or with a different email.
