Usually, yes — but the first thing to check is whether you really have two accounts. Same email address on both means it is one account already, and there is nothing to move. Genuinely different email addresses is the case where support can help.

Step 1: Are the two emails actually different?

Open the user menu on the account that has Pro and on the account that doesn't, and look at the email shown on each.

  • If both addresses are identical, you have one account. Email login and Google login on the same email address are the same Fretscape account, with the same Pro. Sign in with whichever method on whichever device and you're set.
  • If the addresses are different — even by one character — they are two separate Fretscape accounts. Pro is on one, not the other.

Step 2: If they really are different

Email help@fretscape.com with:

  • The email address Pro is currently on.
  • The email address you'd like Pro to be on instead.
  • Your purchase receipt or order ID (Stripe receipt number, or Google Play order ID).
  • A brief explanation of what happened.

We review each move request individually. We'll reply within a couple of working days with either the change made or a few follow-up questions. Please don't request a refund or start a new purchase in the meantime — a refund closes the original purchase before we can move it, and a second purchase before we've sorted the first leaves both tangled.

Step 3: Sanity checks before emailing us

Most "wrong account" situations turn out to be the same account with two ways of signing in. It is worth running through these first:

  • Compare the addresses carefully. Typos like gmial vs gmail, missed dots in Gmail addresses, or work vs personal addresses with the same prefix, are the usual cause.
  • Try signing in to the account you bought on. If Pro is there, you don't need anything from support — just use that account.
  • Check email login AND Google login on the address in question. If both addresses are the same, they map to the same Fretscape account with the same Pro.

If after all that you have genuinely got two separate accounts on two different email addresses, email us and we'll take it from there.
