Yes. A favourite saved on the web shows up in the Android app, and vice versa — they're tied to your Fretscape account, not the device you saved them on.

How it actually works

Your favourites are kept on your account, not on your phone or laptop. When you tap a heart, the save goes straight to your account. Open Fretscape anywhere else and sign in — every saved chord, voicing, progression, and filter preset is already there.

That means:

  • Sign out and back in: nothing is lost.
  • Switch phones, get a new laptop, factory-reset a device: your favourites are waiting on the next sign-in.
  • Sign in with a different account by mistake: you'll see that account's saves, not yours. Sign back in with the right account and the right ones reappear.

If something looks out of place

If you saved something on one device and it's not showing up on another, run through these in order:

  • Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both. If you've ever signed up with two different email addresses — work and personal, for instance — it's easy to land on the wrong one. Change your email address shows you the email tied to your current sign-in.
  • Close Fretscape and open it again, or sign out and back in. Either one pulls a fresh copy of your saves from your account.

If a save is still missing after that, drop us a line at help@fretscape.com with the account email and a description of what you saved.
